Join our team as an appointment setter, where you'll excel in a no-pressure sales environment. Your primary task is to schedule appointments for our skilled Energy Technicians, enabling them to close deals efficiently. With a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule. Utilizing cutting-edge field sales software gives you a competitive advantage in reaching your targets. Additionally, benefit from three weekly training sessions on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, where you'll learn from industry leaders, cultivate effective habits, and develop essential leadership skills. Energy Technician

(CLOSER)

As an Energy Technician at ES Solar, you'll leverage leads generated by our team to drive sales. These leads, sourced from internet ads and door-to-door canvassing, are seamlessly integrated into your Google Calendar for easy access. While your primary focus will be on closing appointments provided to you, you'll also have the opportunity to earn additional points for self-generated accounts, influencing lead distribution. Most meetings will be conducted face-to-face, either at customers' homes or over Zoom, requiring access to personal transportation. Post-sale, you'll ensure customer satisfaction and assist with paperwork, while our project managers handle permitting and interconnection tasks. While one year of solar-related sales experience is preferred, we also encourage entry-level applicants to apply.
